What you need to know

1 What can I get out of the internship program?

All the selected applicants will go through a two weeks’ induction program. In these two weeks, they will be trained about different functions of the Organization so they have a clear idea about the whole Organizational process. Then an assessment will be done and all of them will be assigned to a specific functional team. Each YPP will have a mentor who will help them to ensure a smooth learning opportunity.

2 Is it a paid internship program?

Yes, an industry-standard allowance will be provided. For part timers: 28hrs/week the remuneration is BDT 8,000/month. For full timers: 40hrs/week the remuneration is BDT 10,000/month.

3 How many YPP in a year?

There will be two YPP seasons every year. For example, if YPP season 1 starts from January of a given year, it will complete at the end of June that given year.

4 Can I join as a full timer after my internship ?

Based on your performance you may be offered for part timers’ or full timers’ role in the organization.

Who can apply?

Anyone who is an undergraduate student or has completed all his/her undergraduate or similar program’s courses without the internship can apply.

What is the minimum CGPA required?

There is no minimum cgpa requirement for the program. We are looking for people that have a the thirst for knowledge and gaining experience a dedication for work.
